Our Classes

This class is an effective combination of Barre-based exercises, Pilates and HIIT (high intensity interval training) inspired exercises. The aim of the class is to strengthen, tone and lengthen your muscles while challenging core stability and getting the heart rate up with interval training. It is important to note that although the class draws a lot from ballet principles, there is no previous dance experience necessary and the class is accessible to all levels.

Pilates Fit is our unique combination of high intensity but low impact (i.e. no jumping) mat-based Pilates exercises. This class will also make use of small equipment at times. 

The Dance Fit class is a combination of dance cardio moves which are aimed at increasing your heart rate in a fun way while adding strength training for an effective full-body workout. This rhythm-based workout will challenge your co-ordination by teaching you different steps and routines to music. It is loads of fun and full of laughs!

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that challenges muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. It is a full-body workout that improves core stability and body awareness, building better posture and a more balanced and healthy body.

We have a BEGINNERS Pilates class on Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. We highly recommend this class if you are new to Pilates and would like to lay a solid foundation before joining other group classes.

This class is for anyone who would like to lay a solid foundation of understanding the principles and enjoy the physical and mental benefits of this beautiful art form. In addition, one will improve core strength, posture, muscle tone, flexibility and balance while doing so. We have two Ballet classes every week – Mondays are Absolute Beginner level where we focus on foundations and technique whereas the Tuesday class is suitable for experienced Beginners to Intermediate level where we focus on more complex choreography combinations while continuing to focus on technique. These classes are also suitable for anyone who would like to get back into dancing after an extended break.

The Contemporary Dance class is for dancers with some previous dance experience. We include a warm-up, exercises for the use of feet, floor-work, travelling across the floor/jumping and choreography. We will generally work on the same class and choreography for 4-6 weeks at a time. If you are a beginner, please contact us for private/semi-private class options.

This class is for both men and women! Based on the principles of Pilates, it includes exercises to strengthen your core muscles while also building strength in the legs, glutes, arms and back with bodyweight movements. In addition to strengthening, we include stretches for the large muscle groups in the body which makes this a great addition to other exercise routines such as running, cycling and other sport.

This class was created with the aim of providing a safe space for new moms to come to regularly for exercise while connecting with other mothers at various stages of the post-natal process. It is a class where you can bring your child along – either including them in the workout with you, or having them on a blanket next to you while you exercise. All are welcome!
